3. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to paid advisory engagements shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific advisory engagement giving rise to the claim.

5. Paid Advisory Engagements & Delivery

• Booking Confirmation: Paid educational workshops and architecture assessments require written confirmation and formal invoicing.
• Service Scope: Scope is limited to the deliverables explicitly defined in the corresponding service agreement or invoice.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
