Dime Learning Library Ltd was established in 2021 in Birmingham, United Kingdom, as an independent educational library and research repository. Our mission is to provide vendor-neutral, mathematically grounded documentation for engineers, researchers, and systems administrators seeking a deep understanding of Dime protocols, distributed consensus algorithms, and zero-trust key management.
